My Repairs Online also seamlessly integrates with your property management software, so all requests and job information are automatically uploaded. My Repairs Online has an open API integration, so it can be easy for software providers to integrate our portal.
Don’t have a property management software? Not a problem, users will still receive all submissions via email. My Repairs Online has also built integrations to other business and team management tools such as Teams, Slack, Trello and Monday.com
5. Manage Repairs
You, your team and your contractors can all then use MYRO Repair Manager to complete the job.
Repair Manager can be used reactively with requests coming through the portal. Or with planned and recurring maintenance. However the jobs are created, you can:
– Assign jobs to property managers and contractors
– Request and accept quotes
– Arrange times for the job to be completed
– Confirm and close jobs with a full audit trail
