How do I connect my Slack account?
When logged into your My Repairs Online account, select the ‘Integrations’ tab > click ‘Setup Slack’ > Log into your Slack account > Click ‘Allow’. Finally, select which Slack channel you want your repair requests to be posted to.
Can I create a new channel dedicated to repairs?
Yes, simply create the channel in Slack, then select it when you connect your accounts.
Which plans can I integrate with Slack on?
